Both John Garner, Sr. and John Garner, Jr. are State Certified Commercial/Residential Swimming Pool and Spa Contractors as well as ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) Certified Paver Installers. This certification requires intensive course work and successfully passing an exam. Being a part of this organization signifies that we recognize industry standards on constructing interlocking pavements and that our staff is committed to quality installation.
